USPS Forever Stamps A Flag for All Seasons 100 Pcs

In 2013, the U.S. Postal Service issued these Forever stamps in booklets of 20. Each stamp shows view from below of a pole at full staff against a background of trees that evoke one of the four seasons of the year. Artist Laura Stutzman worked with art director and stamp designer Phil Jordan on this stamp art. This product is no longer available for sale from USPS and is a collector’s item. The booklet is double-sided, with 12 stamps on the front, and 8 on the back. The item was issued in 2013 but as Forever Stamps they will always be equal to the value of a one ounce, first class letter in the U.S.
